Samuel Wurzelbacher, the Toledo native better known as "Joe The Plumber," says "Your dead kids don't trump my Constitutional rights."  Wurzelbacher made the statement in an open letter to the parents of the six people killed this past Friday near the UCSB campus, specifically in response to comments made by the father of one of the victims.  Richard Martinez, whose son was shot by Elliot Rodger, blames politicians who have failed to enact stricter gun control laws.

Today, Wurzelbacher aka Joe The Plumber, doubled down on his statements by responding critics during an interview with Scott Sands, afternoon host of "The Scott Show" on Newsradio 1370WSPD.
