Three suspects have been arrested in the vicious attack of a woman
on New Year's day. 28-yr-old Joey Betrail Garron, 23-yr-old Robert
Carl Johnson and 23-yr-old Ketorie Glover were all arrested in
connection to the shooting and rape of a woman on the 1st of
the year on Farr Rd.
A Columbus woman will have her appearance in court this morning
accused in the murder of her boyfriend over the weekend. Police
discovered 38-yr-old Tyree Jevonte Burtin suffering from a stab wound to
the chest.39-yr-old Niketa Garnettes Brooks was arrested in the incident.
Trial begins today for 2 men accused of a shooting at the Majestic Club
in Columbus that left CSU student, Charles Foster Jr dead a year ago
on New Year's Day.
Columbus Police are investigating Friday shooting that wounded one
on Wickham Drive.
Andrew Weibrecht and Bode Miller allowed the US to come away with
2 medals in the men's super-G at Sochi.
The US men's hockey team completed a perfect 3-0 run through the opening
round with a 5-1 win over Slovenia.
US men's and women's curling loses to Canada.

We hear from Scott Miller who is on the road with the CSU men's and women's
Scott was one of 6 National Finalists for the 2008 Radio and Records News/Talk/Sports Local Personality of the Year Award. However he was beaten out by some guy in Los Angeles. Scott claims there was a "hanging chad" thing going on and is following up.
Scott has been the play-by-play voice of the Columbus State University Cougars for over 30 years, and is a member of the CSU Hall Of Fame.
