I tried yoga once, and I was sore for two weeks.
I have had issues with my hips and lower back off and on for a while so I was obviously desperate if I gave yoga a shot.
Well, the 45 minute yoga workout I tried defeated the purpose by making me more sore.
I decided to give it another shot with this 10 minute stretch for beginners and after a few days I'm happy to report some improvement. We'll see if it solves my problem and warrants giving a 30 minute session once my body adjusts to this 10 minute session.
But for now, I'm a fan of SarahBethYoga
