Miley Cyrus To Keep All 15 Pets In Divorce From Liam Hemsworth

Miley Cyrus is going to keep all of the animals that she shared with estranged husband Liam Hemsworth, TMZ reported.

As the divorce process continues, Cyrus, 26, will reportedly retain custody of all the adopted animals, including seven dogs, two horses, two mini horses, three cats and a pig, and Hemsworth, 29, is seemingly okay with that. However, if the actor does want partial custody, he'd be able to legally put up a fight since California has a new law that allows a judge to determine which party is best suited to take ownership of the pets.

While word has it that Cyrus is "disappointed" that Hemsworth filed for divorce so soon after their announced split, citing "irreconcilable differences, the pop star’s most recent letter to fans seems like the best way to understand their breakup from her point of view. "But the truth is, once Liam & I reconciled,I meant it, & I was committed," she wrote in a lengthy statement. "There are NO secrets to uncover here. I’ve learned from every experience in my life. I’m not perfect, I don’t want to be, it’s boring. I’ve grown up in front of you, but the bottom line is, I HAVE GROWN UP."

Miley added, "I can admit to a lot of things but I refuse to admit that my marriage ended because of cheating. Liam and I have been together for a decade. I’ve said it before & it remains true, I love Liam and always will. BUT at this point I had to make a healthy decision for myself to leave a previous life behind. I am the healthiest and happiest I have been in a long time. You can say I am a twerking, pot smoking , foul mouthed hillbilly but I am not a liar."

In related news, Cyrus will perform at this year's iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas in September alongside a lineup of superstar artists. Fans across the country can tune in and watch an exclusive live stream of the show via The CW App and CWTV.com. Then, on October 2nd and 3rd, relive all of the epic performances from the weekend during a televised special on The CW Network at 8pm ET/PT. And leading up to the official television special, The CW will also air an hour-long Best Of Special on Sunday, September 29th at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
