When You Watched Star Wars on May 4th, Did You Notice How Different It Is?

Star Wars looks a lot different than it did back in 1977... and I'm talking about the original Star Wars movie.

The title crawl was adjusted to include "Episode IV: A New Hope" for starters.

Over the years, George Lucas has tweaked the original movie to add special effects and CGI creatures and landscape that he couldn't have added in 1977.

The most famous edit was the one that triggered the "Han shot first" battle between fans and George Lucas.

These two videos break down the changes from the original film and the adjusted versions over the years.

There's a few characters that disappeared from the movie and you might not have even noticed. Other changes are much more obvious.
