Lady Cougars Play in PBC Tournament Semifinals

Augusta Georgia- The 6th seeded CSU Lady Cougars will take on 2nd seeded Lander today in the Peach Belt Conference Tournament semifinals at 2:30 pm in Augusta. The Lady Cougars are coming off of a thrilling overtime win at Flagler College on Wednesday in the quarterfinals. Lander defeated Francis Marion to advance to today's game. The two teams split regular season games with each team winning at home.
CSU has won 5 PBC Tournament championships, tied with Georgia College, for the most championships. CSU and Lander have split four championship game battles, and CSU is 5-3 overall against Lander in the tournament. The Lady Cougars are 40-22 overall in the tournament.
